Our home is block built in 1960. It has never had central air. We want to have a heat pump unit installed, however we have to have the house upgraded to 220 and anything else needed to support the outside unit and indoor air handler.

We had a brown out, where some of the lights faded and went out and some areas didn't and the stove indicator light was on, yet the stove wouldn't heat up.
